The Perfect Summer White Wine — 2018 Cantine Elvio Tintero Arneis

Hi wine friends…and Happy #WineWednesday! Today, I’m sharing the 2018 Cantine Elvio Tintero Arneis, which is imported by Kermit Lynch Wine Merchants, costs $16, and is white wine from Piedmont, Italy. Cheers! 🍷

I clearly was into this wine and the winery because I talk for a bit before digging into the tasting this week. So, if you want to skip over the background of the winery, I start tasting around 4:17.

If you’re local to the DMV, the halibut I mentioned is from our from Chesapeake Smokehouse. We discovered them through a friend during the pandemic, and they have been delivering us the best seafood we’ve ever had outside of a restaurant. (And yes, the Old Bay seasoned grilled halibut was delicious with this wine!)

You can find my Simply Charmed Magnetic Wine Charms here (all three came from the “Napa Valley” set of 6, which is $16).

You can find my govino wine glass, which is dishwasher-safe, shatterproof, reusable, and recyclable, here (this is an affiliate link).

Question of the Day: Is Arneis a new grape to you? If you’ve had one before, I’d love to know which one and what you thought.
