Hi Alleigh!
I would love it if you could just tell me how you chose your ‘name.’

Admittedly, it’s not that great of a story.

Using my first name to write the blog just didn’t have the feel I was looking for.  I thought of using Alleigh almost immediately because it’s a combination of real first name (Allison) and my middle name.  Plus, even though I never went by a nickname growing up, Alleigh (or Ali, Alli, etc) is a nickname for Allison.

When I suggested it to Hubby and to a couple of my girlfriends, everyone loved it.  So, I tried it out, and it just seemed to click.  I’ve been blogging as Alleigh ever since.
